This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a designated sales territory and enhance the growth of CooperVision's contact lens offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Achieve and surpass anticipated sales targets set for the territory.
• Optimize time management throughout all phases of the sales process.
• Maintain a territory call cycle with roughly 5–7 scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer phone and email inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and other sales applications.
• Implement consultative selling techniques to comprehend customer needs, evaluate requirements, and profile accounts.
• Develop and execute call-cycle strategies and prepare account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
• Keep technical knowledge up-to-date on CooperVision and competitive products.
• Stay informed about industry trends and Health Product Research data.
• Provide education to customers about CooperVision products and suggest ways to enhance their business.
• Offer value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while tracking return on investment.
• Employ Microsoft Office tools and CRM reports to analyze product, account, and territory sales data.
• Participate in state and regional optical exhibitions as requested.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel approximately 80% of the time within the territory.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, site trainings, and regional meetings.
• Capability to work autonomously as a self-motivated individual.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to foresee, comprehend, prioritize, and fulfill customer needs.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work environments and daily challenges.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skill to identify, assess, and integrate information for sound decision-making.
• Competence to present to customer groups of different sizes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while using a computer.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs while handling diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in any sector.
• Experience in tangible product sales is a plus.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent directly related experience (high school plus 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include employment, criminal, educational, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver's license, minimum required insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Competitive starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 per year.
