This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee a designated sales territory and promote the growth of CooperVision’s contact lens range.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Drive new account acquisition and sales expansion in the assigned Eugene region.
• Develop professional sales connections with customers across all distribution channels through a consultative selling approach.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets and quotas for the territory.
• Maintain a territory call schedule with roughly 5–7 pre-set appointments each workday.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Create and implement call-cycle strategies and prepare account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated geographic area.
• Keep up-to-date technical knowledge of CooperVision and competitor products.
• Inform customers about CooperVision offerings and make suggestions to enhance their business operations.
• Promote value-added products and services to client offices.
• Develop and track customer marketing initiatives and promotions for return on investment.
• Assess product, account sales, and territory growth utilizing CRM tools and reports.
• Participate in state and regional optical exhibitions upon request.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time and journey outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, site trainings, and regional meetings.
• Ability to work autonomously as a self-motivated individual.

• Familiarity with CRM systems including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Capability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience across any sector.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
• Proven record of surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (high school + 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, which may encompass employment, criminal history, educational, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver’s license, minimum required insurance coverage, and an acceptable driving record.
• Competitive starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
