This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Oversee a designated sales territory and promote the growth of CooperVision's contact lens offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office staff.
• Implement business strategies, increase market share, and meet revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Achieve and surpass projected sales targets aligned with the territory quota.
• Maintain a regular territory call cycle with around 5–7 scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer inquiries through phone and email within a 24-hour period.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to comprehend customer operations, evaluate needs, and profile accounts.
• Develop and implement call cycle strategies and create account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the geographical territory.
• Maintain technical knowledge of CooperVision and competing products.
• Provide education on CooperVision products and offer recommendations to enhance customer business growth.
• Promote value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while tracking return on investment.
• Assess product, account sales, and territory development using CRM tools and reports.
• Attend state and regional optical events when requested.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer locations.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time and outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, site training, and regional meetings.
• Must live in the designated Oklahoma City West territory or within a reasonable distance.

• Proficient in the MS Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs while installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in any sector.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferable.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent directly related experience: high school diploma plus 8 years or similar experience.
• Successful completion of a background check, which may involve prior employment, criminal history, educational verification, and motor vehicle records check.
• Valid driver's license, required minimum insurance coverage, and satisfactory driving record.
• Competitive starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
