This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee a designated sales territory and promote the growth of CooperVision's contact lens offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets based on the established territory quota.
• Optimize time management throughout all phases of the sales process.
• Maintain a territory call cycle with approximately 5–7 scheduled appointments each workday.
• Respond to customer phone and email inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and various other sales tools.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to comprehend customer businesses, evaluate needs, and profile accounts.
• Develop and implement call cycle strategies and prepare account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the designated geographic territory.
• Maintain technical knowledge of CooperVision and competing products.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and analysis, including Health Product Research data.
• Educate clients about CooperVision products and provide recommendations to enhance their business growth.
• Sell value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while tracking return on investment.
• Analyze product, account sales, and territory growth using Microsoft Office tools and CRM reports.
• Engage in state and regional optical exhibitions as requested.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Regularly manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% of the time for conferences, site training, and regional meetings.

• Competence in MS Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs for the installation, removal, and transportation of diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in any sector.
• Desirable experience in tangible product sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly relevant experience (high school + 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include previous employment, criminal history, educational verification, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver's license, minimum required insurance coverage, and satisfactory driving record.
• Must reside within the assigned Mansfield, OH territory or a reasonable distance from it.
• Starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 per year.
