
Field Sales Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Oversee a designated sales territory and promote the growth of CooperVision’s contact lens range
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel
• Offer product education, enhance product adoption, and increase market share
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations teams
• Achieve and surpass sales targets based on territory quotas
• Maintain a territory call cycle with around 5–7 scheduled appointments each workday
• Address customer phone and email inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe
• Employ consultative selling techniques to comprehend customer businesses, evaluate needs, and profile accounts
• Develop and implement call cycle strategies and prepare account business plans alongside the Regional Director
• Generate new business within the assigned geographic territory
• Keep technical knowledge up-to-date with CooperVision and competing products
• Track industry trends and Health Product Research data
• Inform customers about CooperVision products and provide business-growth suggestions
• Market value-added products and services to customer offices
• Create and oversee customer marketing plans and promotions to assess return on investment
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and CRM reports to evaluate product, account sales, and territory expansion
• Participate in state and regional optical shows as required
• Submit reports for calls, expenses, ROI, and other administrative tasks
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time and outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, site trainings, and regional meetings
• Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Capability to anticipate, comprehend, prioritize, and fulfill customer needs
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and diverse daily situations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Skill in identifying, evaluating, and incorporating information for quality decisions
• Proficiency in presenting to customer groups of varying sizes
• Competence with MS Suite
• Familiarity with CRM systems including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad
• Capacity to sit at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in any field
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferable
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience (high school + 8 years or similar)
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of previous employment, criminal history, educational background, and driving records
• Valid driver’s license, minimum insurance coverage as required, and a satisfactory driving record
• Starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 per year
