This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Oversee a designated sales territory to enhance the growth of CooperVision's contact lens offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Provide educational resources on products, boost adoption rates, and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets based on the territory quota.
• Optimize time management throughout all phases of the sales process.
• Maintain a territory call schedule with around 5–7 pre-arranged appointments each workday.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to comprehend customer operations, evaluate needs, and profile accounts.
• Develop and implement call-cycle strategies and prepare account business plans alongside the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
• Keep up-to-date with CooperVision and competitive product knowledge.
• Stay informed on industry trends and Health Product Research data.
• Educate customers about CooperVision products and provide tailored recommendations.
• Promote value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while monitoring return on investment.
• Analyze product, account sales, and territory expansion utilizing CRM tools and reports.
• Participate in state and regional optical events as needed.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel throughout the territory approximately 80% of the time.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, training sessions, and regional meetings.
• Ability to work independently as a self-motivated individual.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs while handling diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in any sector.
• Desired experience in tangible product sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (high school diploma plus 8 years or similar).
• Must pass a background check, which may include prior employment, criminal history, education, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver’s license, minimum insurance coverage as required by the company, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must reside within the assigned Lincoln, Nebraska territory or in close proximity.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time and outside the territory 10–15% as necessary.
• Starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
