This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• Achieve and surpass the sales targets set for the designated territory.
• Optimize time management throughout all phases of the sales funnel.
• Utilize the CVI sales platform along with a structured consultative selling method to identify and fulfill customer requirements.
• Adhere to a territory call schedule with approximately 5–7 pre-scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Leverage Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and other sales resources.
• Evaluate customer operations, profile accounts, and develop account business strategies in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
• Maintain expertise in both CooperVision and competing products.
• Keep track of industry trends and Health Product Research data.
• Educate customers about CooperVision offerings and provide recommendations to enhance their business growth.
• Promote value-added products and services to customer facilities.
• Create and oversee customer marketing strategies and promotions to ensure return on investment.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM reports to assess account sales and territory development.
• Attend state and regional optical exhibitions as needed.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative documentation.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens inventory at customer sites.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, site training, and regional meetings.
• Capability to work autonomously as a self-motivated individual.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Aptitude for anticipating, understanding, prioritizing, and addressing customer needs.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving work settings and diverse daily circumstances.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence in identifying, assessing, and assimilating information for informed decision-making.
• Ability to present to customer groups of varying sizes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds when installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Over 4 years of B2B sales experience in any sector.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience (high school diploma + 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, potentially encompassing prior employment, criminal history, educational verification, and driving records.
• Valid driver’s license, required minimum insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Opportunities for promotion to a Senior Account Executive Sales position after demonstrating a successful track record.
• Initial base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
