This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee a designated sales territory and drive the growth of CooperVision's contact lens offerings.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Implement business strategies, increase market share, and meet revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Achieve and surpass anticipated sales targets based on the territory quota.
• Maintain a territory call cycle with around 5–7 scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer phone and email inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and various sales tools effectively.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to comprehend customer businesses, assess their needs, and profile accounts.
• Develop and execute call cycle plans, along with preparing account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the specified geographic territory.
• Maintain technical expertise on CooperVision and competing products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Health Product Research data.
• Educate customers about CooperVision products and provide recommendations to enhance their businesses.
• Promote value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while monitoring the return on investment.
• Analyze product and account sales as well as territory growth using CRM tools and reports.
• Participate in state and regional optical shows when requested.
• Timely submit call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer locations.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time, as well as outside the territory for conferences, site trainings, and regional meetings.
• Must live within the assigned Ann Arbor territory or within a reasonable distance.

• Proficient in delivering presentations to customer groups of varying sizes.
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds when installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• A minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in any field.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience (high school diploma + 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include previous employment, criminal history, educational records, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver's license, proof of minimum insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record as required by the company.
• Competitive starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
