This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Achieve and surpass projected sales targets aligned with the territory quota.
• Optimize time management throughout all phases of the sales funnel.
• Employ the CVI sales platform and a structured consultative sales methodology to identify and fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain a territory call cycle with roughly 5–7 scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer phone and email inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and other sales and internal resources effectively.
• Develop and implement call cycle strategies and prepare account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the designated geographic region.
• Keep technical knowledge up to date regarding CooperVision and competitor products.
• Stay informed about industry trends and analyses, including Health Product Research data.
• Educate customers on the CVI product range and provide recommendations to enhance their businesses.
• Market value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while monitoring return on investment.
• Leverage Microsoft Office tools and CRM reports to assess product, account sales, and territory expansion.
• Participate in state and regional optical exhibitions as required.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer locations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, Operations, and the Regional Director.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time, with an additional 10–15% outside the territory for conferences, site trainings, and regional meetings.
• Must reside in the designated Brockton territory or within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience across any industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
• Capability to work autonomously as a self-starter.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Skills to anticipate, comprehend, prioritize, and fulfill customer needs.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and diverse daily scenarios.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify, assess, and integrate information for informed decision-making.
• Competence in presenting to customer groups of varying sizes.
• Proficient in MS Suite / Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs while installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience (high school diploma + 8 years or similar).
• Must pass a background check, which may include prior employment verification, criminal history, educational background, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver’s license, minimum required insurance coverage, and satisfactory driving record.
• Starting base salary ranging from $89,472.00 to $119,296.00 annually.
