This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee a designated sales territory and promote the growth of CooperVision's contact lens offerings.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Implement business strategies, increase market share, and meet revenue targets within the specified territory.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets as per territory quotas.
• Optimize time management throughout all phases of the sales process.
• Maintain a territory call schedule consisting of approximately 5–7 pre-arranged appointments each workday.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and other sales and internal resources.
• Employ consultative selling techniques and business insight to comprehend customer operations, assess needs, and profile accounts.
• Develop and implement call cycle strategies, as well as prepare account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business within the designated geographical area.
• Maintain technical expertise in CooperVision and competing products.
• Keep an eye on industry trends and analyses, including data from Health Product Research.
• Educate clients on the CooperVision product range and propose growth strategies.
• Promote value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions, and evaluate return on investment.
• Leverage Microsoft Office tools and CRM reports to analyze product performance, account sales, and territory expansion.
• Attend state and regional optical exhibitions when requested.
• Timely submission of call logs, expense reports, ROI assessments, and other administrative documents.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time and outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, training sessions, and regional meetings.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience across any industry.
• Experience in tangible product sales is a plus.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, such as a high school diploma plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment, criminal history, education, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver's license, minimum required insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must reside within the assigned Louisville, KY territory or in a reasonable proximity.
• Starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
• May include adjustments for cost of living.
