This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets set by management for the designated territory.
• Optimize time management throughout all phases of the sales process.
• Employ a systematic consultative sales method to identify and fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain a routine call schedule with around 5–7 pre-scheduled appointments each workday.
• Respond to customer phone calls and email inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and other sales tools effectively.
• Comprehend customer operations, evaluate needs, and create account profiles.
• Develop and implement call-cycle strategies and prepare business plans for accounts with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
• Maintain technical expertise in CooperVision and competing products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Health Product Research data.
• Educate customers about CooperVision products and provide recommendations to enhance their businesses.
• Promote value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and initiatives, monitoring their return on investment.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Analyze product, account sales, and territory growth data using CRM tools and reports.
• Participate in state and regional optical exhibitions as needed.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Oversee diagnostic contact lens sets at customer locations.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, site training, and regional meetings.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs while installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in any sector.
• Experience in tangible product sales is desirable.
• Proven track record of surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (high school + 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of previous employment, criminal history, education, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver’s license, minimum required insurance coverage, and satisfactory driving record.
• Starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
• Potential for cost of living adjustments.
