This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Optimize revenue and guarantee customer satisfaction across retail locations within a designated territory.
• Educate, mentor, and enhance sales revenue across the Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales divisions.
• Oversee account relationships and deliver support for the complete range of Fiberon, Therma-Tru, and Fypon products.
• Conduct product knowledge training sessions for retail personnel and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Equip retail staff with product knowledge and training, enabling them to confidently communicate brand benefits to customers.
• Act as the primary liaison for store staff and managers, assisting them in achieving success with our products.
• Ensure that displays, signage, and pricing are precise and arranged on time in each store.
• Collaborate with Pro Sales teams and distributor representatives to enhance awareness, support Pro-focused initiatives, and participate in retail Pro Events.
• Support Retail In-Home Sales Consultants to facilitate the Repair & Replace business.
• Plan travel efficiently while adhering to budget constraints and meeting sales objectives.
• Partner with distributor collaborators and internal teams to synchronize sales programs and new product introductions.
• Offer feedback to marketing and product teams regarding sales messaging, product effectiveness, and point-of-purchase (POP) materials.
• Assist customer service by resolving claims and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Suggest modifications to product assortment to align with customer demand and boost sales.
• Ensure that stores uphold high merchandising standards during each visit.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (preferably in a client-facing role).
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, with a preference for engaging with people and fostering long-term relationships.
• Skill in prioritizing competing tasks, devising action plans, and executing them to completion.
• Coursework or a college degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Preferred).
• Experience in field sales (Preferred).
• Knowledge of the sales process and cycle (Preferred).
• Background in the building materials or millwork sector (e.g., windows, doors, decking, railing, plumbing) (Preferred).
• Familiarity with any CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) (Preferred).
