Field Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Regular travel is required to facilitate the launch and expansion of TPUSA Communities chapters throughout the Western region;

• Identify and assist in cultivating new Chapter Leaders in essential urban areas;

• Provide hands-on training and follow-up support for newly established chapters;

• Aid chapters in outreach, recruitment, and grassroots engagement initiatives;

• Ensure that chapters consistently host high-quality events that adhere to Communities standards;

• Assist in planning, supporting, and occasionally executing events in emerging markets;

• Offer guidance on event logistics, promotion, and execution;

• Monitor the health and performance of chapters, pinpointing areas for enhancement;

• Maintain regular communication with Chapter Leaders while providing ongoing support;

• Track chapter activities, events, and engagement through internal systems;

• Collaborate closely with Strategic Managers to achieve national chapter and event objectives;

• Professionally represent TPUSA Communities at events and in the field.

• Proven experience in grassroots organizing, community leadership, or field operations;

• Strong capability to work independently in a dynamic, field-based environment;

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities;

• High level of organizational skills, follow-through, and accountability;

• Alignment with the mission and values of TPUSA;

• Willingness to travel 45%–50% of the time;

• Readiness to carry out all specified duties and any additional responsibilities assigned;

• Ability to receive and utilize feedback constructively to enhance performance;

• Timely reporting of updates and progress to leadership;

• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
