This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct all field support activities for Brooks at both Specialty and Big Box accounts within the designated territory.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing teams at all accounts with product launches, in-store merchandising, and innovative grassroots initiatives.
• Work in conjunction with Sales management and Marketing to ensure the success of National Account sell-through programs and in-store promotions.
• Train and inspire retail associates, runners, and pertinent affiliates on Brooks technology and product excellence through brand/product clinics, drop-in visits, and events.
• Represent Brooks at national and selected local running events and expos, including set-up, breakdown, distribution of materials, consumer interaction, and product trials.
• Compile weekly field notes detailing visits, clinics, and events, while also providing pertinent feedback on products and competitors.
• Participate in product videos for platforms such as YouTube, Myagi, educational resources, and social media as needed.
• Manage and utilize a yearly product seeding and corporate card budget, submitting monthly expense reports.
• Ensure the upkeep and functionality of the leased company vehicle and all Brooks equipment.
• Willingness to reside within an agreed-upon radius of the sales territory you will be supporting.
• BA or BS degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or an equivalent combination of experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of Marketing, Sales, or Retail experience is required; 2+ years is preferred.
• Experience in the Outdoor, Sports, or Athletic industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with performance athletic footwear, sport bras, apparel, accessories, and their related technologies.
• Understanding of the biomechanics of human movement and basic injury prevention concepts is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of retail mathematics, inventory management, product merchandising, and retail selling skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, including calendar management, contact organization, and budget oversight.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to comprehend the sport of running and connect authentically with runners to cultivate relationships in retail and the Brooks community.
• Aptitude for strategically managing an annual budget to benefit both the territory and the brand.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand for extended periods.
• Extensive travel required; must be available and willing to work weekends and extended hours as necessary.
