This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• FRMs will serve as subject matter experts on Dupixent MyWay support initiatives, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options offered by our Patient Support Program.
• Act as a liaison for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay) while effectively communicating and collaborating across departments to spearhead Dupixent pull-through efforts, assisting the ABM as necessary.
• Aid the field in educating office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes, reimbursement support via Dupixent MyWay, complimentary drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
• Strategize and execute regional business plans to ensure appropriate access to Dupixent.
• Build and sustain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria pertaining to Dupixent.
• Foster positive and productive relationships with all key customer segments, both internal and external.
• Collaborate with Alliance colleagues to cultivate a culture centered on respect and customer focus.
• Establish relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups as necessary to support patient access and enhance awareness for the Alliance, Dupixent MyWay, and Dupixent.
• Conduct HCP office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through efforts and address escalated issues while adhering to HIPAA compliance.
• Work in a compliant manner to minimize cycle time and boost conversion rates for patients prescribed Dupixent.
• BA/BS Degree is required.
• At least 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector or other relevant fields.
• Previous experience in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, training sessions, and programs as needed—additional travel may be necessary within the designated geography.
• Proven success in cross-functional teamwork and experience working within a matrix and co-promotion environment.
• Must possess a high level of energy and a strong drive to succeed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict management and the ability to build robust working relationships.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills are required.
