
Field Reimbursement Manager, Respiratory and Dermatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ FRMs will serve as subject matter experts on Dupixent MyWay support programs, resolving access issues, offering financial assistance, and providing alternative funding options through our Patient Support Program.
β’ Act as a liaison for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay), facilitating communication and collaboration across functions to lead Dupixent pull-through initiatives, assisting the ABM when necessary.
β’ Aid the field in educating office personnel regarding prior authorization and appeals processes, reimbursement support via Dupixent MyWay, complimentary drug programs, and financial assistance initiatives.
β’ Strategically plan and execute geographic business plans to ensure optimal access to Dupixent.
β’ Develop and maintain expertise on the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy criteria and Utilization Management for Dupixent.
β’ Establish and nurture positive, productive relationships with all key customer segments, both internal and external.
β’ Collaborate with Alliance colleagues to foster a culture centered on respect and customer focus.
β’ Build working relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups as needed to enhance patient access and elevate awareness for the Alliance, Dupixent MyWay, and Dupixent.
β’ Conduct HCP office visits as needed to support pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
β’ Operate in accordance with compliance standards to minimize cycle time and boost conversion rates for patients prescribed Dupixent.
β’ BA/BS Degree required, ideally in life sciences or business; an MBA is a plus.
β’ A minimum of 5+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors; experience in Dermatology, respiratory care, or Market Access is advantageous.
β’ Willingness to travel for meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary, with additional travel required within the designated geography.
β’ Proven track record of successful cross-functional teamwork and experience working within a matrix and co-promote environment.
β’ Must possess a high level of energy and a strong drive for success.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and resolve conflicts while building robust working relationships.
β’ Ability to adapt to change and respond constructively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication abilities are essential.
