This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• FRMs will serve as subject matter experts on the Dupixent MyWay support programs, focusing on access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options offered by our Patient Support Program.
• Function as a key point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay), facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to lead Dupixent pull-through initiatives while assisting the ABM as necessary.
• Aid the field team in educating office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes, reimbursement support via Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance initiatives.
• Strategically plan and implement geographic business plans to ensure appropriate access to Dupixent.
• Develop and sustain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria relevant to Dupixent.
• Foster positive and productive working relationships with all key customer segments, both internal and external.
• Collaborate with Alliance colleagues to cultivate a culture of respect and a customer-centric approach.
• Build and maintain working relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups as necessary to support patient access and enhance overall awareness of the Alliance, Dupixent MyWay, and Dupixent.
• Conduct HCP office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Operate in compliance to minimize cycle time and enhance the conversion rate for patients prescribed Dupixent.
• A BA/BS Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or other relevant fields.
• Prior experience with specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary, with additional travel required within the assigned region.
• Proven track record of successful cross-functional teamwork and experience working within a matrix and co-promote environment.
• Must be energetic and motivated to achieve success.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and resolve conflicts while building robust working relationships.
• Ability to adapt to change and respond constructively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
• Must achieve and maintain compliance with all relevant Sanofi policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and legal requirements, and assist in monitoring compliance during cross-functional team interactions.
