Field Reimbursement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated territory with a focus on enhancing Reimbursement and Patient services.

• Assist patients in navigating reimbursement issues, including Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Claims Assistance, and Appeals.

• Train office personnel on the Payer landscape and associated services.

• Conduct both on-site and remote educational sessions.

• Track and evaluate program performance for healthcare providers and manufacturer representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement.

• Extensive knowledge in medical reimbursement, particularly with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.

• Experience in supporting oncology products is preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage is essential.

• Demonstrated presentation skills and relevant experience.

• Proficient in computer applications, including PowerPoint and Web Meeting tools.
