Field Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage daily with Nissan and Infiniti dealerships in the Atlantic and Quebec City areas to pinpoint quality concerns and collect customer insights.

• Compose technical reports that integrate technical information and market standards to improve product quality and perception.

• Assist the NCI Field Quality Investigations team and oversee vehicle testing and countermeasure validation processes.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key dealerships, delivering feedback to the Engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.

• Candidates must reside in either the Atlantic or Quebec City region.

• Certification as a Red Seal Automotive Service Technician is required.

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in the automotive industry is essential.

• Strong skills in data analysis and presentation, particularly with MS Office, are required.

• The ideal candidate should be self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and effective time management capabilities.

• Regular travel for dealer visits may be necessary.

• Preferred qualifications include prior experience at other OEMs or in dealership service departments.

• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and analyzing technical information, along with practical vehicle evaluation skills, is essential.
