Field Quality Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Perform inspections at supplier and buyer factories

• Oversee and attend container loading processes

• Carry out thorough, hands-on inspections of materials

• Gather, examine, and distribute samples

• Execute basic quality tests utilizing industry tools (e.g. NIR, micrometer, magnets)

• Detect quality risks, contamination, and non-conformances

• Reject materials that do not meet established standards

• Communicate inspection results to commercial teams

• Keep precise records in CRM systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Inspection

• Field-based experience is essential

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

• Ability to work hands-on in the field

• Excellent communication skills, organized, and methodical

• Comfortable engaging in difficult discussions when quality standards are not upheld

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel overnight
