Field Property Inspector – Frankfurt Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both externally and internally

• Evaluating and documenting the technical and structural condition of properties

• Carrying out site measurements

• Calculating living and floor areas

• Documenting the current status of construction and maintenance activities

• Engaging in regular digital communication with the team

⛳️ Requirements

• A keen interest or affinity for real estate

• Experience with floor area calculations and site measurements (preferably)

• Excellent communication skills

• Dependability

• Capability to work independently

• Attention to detail

• Conscientious work ethic

• Responsible attitude

• Valid driver's license (Class B)

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written
