📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and verify details regarding Homeowner's Claims.

• Evaluate coverage and adjust claims within the designated authority limits.

• Develop or review damage estimates related to claims.

• Negotiate settlement agreements and maintain documentation of claims activities.

• Previous experience as an adjuster with an insurance carrier.

• Solid understanding of estimating principles for damage auditing.

• Familiarity with homeowners' insurance policies and claims processes.

• Capability to evaluate complex damage scenarios.

• Excellent negotiation skills and effective diary management.
