Field Project Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Engage directly and guide the team through the processes provided by our client.

• Oversee crews in your designated area under the guidance of our client.

• Ensure that all team leads and colleagues adhere to Brandpoint protocols for reporting on hotels and staffing concerns.

• Address staff-related issues at stores and manage any hotel-related problems that may arise after hours.

• Willingness to travel extensively when required.

• Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive bending for up to 12 hours each day.

• Able to consistently pull, push, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout your scheduled shift.

• Availability on weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail resets, merchandising, or a related field in this industry.

• Experience with Dollar General is highly advantageous.

• Proficient computer skills, including Email, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and camera operation.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects within a region and overseeing crews during resets/remodels while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality of work.

• Familiarity with basic hand tools is essential.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Must have reliable, non-shared transportation.

• Ability to safely climb ladders up to 20 feet in height.

• Competence in understanding and operating a forklift.

• Experience with installing Lozier, Maddix, and millwork, as well as reading Planograms.
