Field Project Manager, Construction Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Spearhead market operations through on-site research, contractor engagement, recruitment, and performance coaching—represent Altisource in your designated region.

• Develop scopes of work that align with client specifications, design guidelines, and adhere to “clean, safe & functional” standards.

• Oversee bidding and estimating processes utilizing the RenoWalk platform or other approved technologies.

• Coordinate and enforce client specifications in collaboration with local contractor teams, ensuring alignment of capacity.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle—from scope award to completion—while upholding schedules, budgets, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Supervise procurement and approval processes in partnership with contractors and internal teams.

• Deliver monthly operational updates to Renovation Management leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in REO/REIT construction, covering scope creation, bidding/estimating, project management, contractor onboarding, and execution.

• Strong expertise in single-family construction, remodeling, and project management at the national and state levels.

• In-depth construction knowledge, exceptional decision-making abilities, strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office, RenoWalk, HOVER/EagleView, and other related tools.

• A dependable personal vehicle (monthly vehicle allowance provided), a valid driver’s license, and appropriate insurance coverage.

• Reside in the Western region of the U.S., preferably Northern California, with the capability to travel up to 80% of the time.
