This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Assist in executing project tasks effectively.

• Act as the main engineering liaison during project installation and startup phases.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and facilitate successful installations.

• Participate in pre-construction meetings, site discussions, and critical project installations.

• Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, owners, and sales teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and address field challenges while ensuring adherence to project timelines.

• Provide guidance to contractors and customers on installation best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

• Respond to technical inquiries about the application and performance of Prinsco products.

• Assist with stormwater, detention, and retention projects.

• Create project-specific drawings and technical documentation.

• Review project plans and designs to ensure the successful application of products.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to tackle field performance issues and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• At least two years of engineering experience.

• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification is preferred or must be completed.

• Experience in direct engagement with customers, contractors, manufacturing, or construction projects.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

• A valid driver's license and readiness to travel up to 50% of the time.
