• Lead the strategy and implementation of regional field marketing programs and activities throughout Canada, collaborating with sales and partner sales teams.
• Create and execute event strategies that align with pipeline generation, customer interaction, and market priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are in line with business objectives.
• Take full ownership of the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events, which includes:
• - Venue selection
• - Vendor management
• - Coordination of catering services
• - Audio/visual management
• - Event signage and branding materials
• - Promotional items and swag
• Oversee registration platforms, attendee communication, staffing arrangements, on-site execution, and overall event management to guarantee exceptional event experiences.
• Manage event budgets, purchase orders, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Ensure that leads and attendee information are accurately recorded in CRM systems within 48 hours following the event.
• Generate post-event reports and summaries, which include attendance statistics, engagement insights, pipeline effects, and suggestions for improvements.
• Work together with channel and alliance partners to create and implement joint marketing initiatives, including:
• - Webinars
• - Workshops
• - Co-branded marketing campaigns
• - Partner-led events
• Manage partner communications, approval of marketing materials, and campaign coordination to guarantee alignment with regional business objectives and partner aspirations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Sales, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful program execution.
• Coordinate across a variety of stakeholders and timelines while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining initiative momentum.
• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, event marketing, or campaign management within B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
• Proficient in managing comprehensive event logistics and field marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively with sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
• Experience overseeing budgets, vendor relationships, and event performance metrics.
• Willingness and capacity to travel for regional events as required.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting partner/channel marketing efforts in enterprise technology companies.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Experience evaluating pipeline effects and marketing performance metrics from events and campaigns.
• Knowledge of the Canadian market.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an advantage.
• Experience in supporting both virtual and in-person event initiatives.
