Field Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the staffing and onboarding processes for designated region(s).

• Craft a welcoming experience for new hires and guarantee the completion of essential training.

• Work in collaboration with the training team to ensure compliance with the new hire onboarding pathway.

• Create and audit team schedules while ensuring shift compliance.

• Develop and sustain team schedules, ensuring sufficient coverage that aligns with business requirements.

• Conduct routine audits of shift compliance to confirm adherence to established schedules and standards.

• Ensure that field teams comply with retailer standards and internal performance metrics.

• Provide assistance for ASM/RSM activities, including store visits, training sessions, and other needs.

• Deliver effective direction, training, and guidance to ensure team retention.

• Attend necessary meetings and conference calls both within and outside the region.

• Travel to store locations within the region as required.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Manage performance metrics.

• Monitor staffing rates and 90-day turnover.

• Ensure schedule/visit compliance.

• Maintain external and internal compliance.

• Efficiently manage administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a business degree is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in retail or sales is required.

• Exhibit ethical and professional standards in a business environment.

• Show good judgment and initiative, with the ability to make decisions and solve problems.

• Capable of working independently with excellent time management and strong organizational skills.

• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Must be willing to travel throughout the region.
