This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver technical expertise and veterinary assistance to poultry clients and external partners within the designated territory.
• Ensure that scientific resources and technical initiatives provide customer value and create a competitive edge.
• Offer territory-specific customer support and work closely with field colleagues.
• Empower the team to deliver scientific and technical support related to animal health, diagnostics, and disease management.
• Take ownership of and execute the marketing strategy for the product portfolio and services in the assigned area.
• Plan, execute, and oversee Key Opinion Leader management initiatives.
• Contribute customer insights and market intelligence to the strategic plans of the Poultry Business Unit.
• Develop and provide value-added services, including serology, PCR, and hatchery-related projects.
• Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, competition, product portfolio opportunities, and account strategies.
• Organize field visits, comprehend field-force challenges, and assess attitudes, skills, morale, and effectiveness.
• Offer veterinary insights during company meetings, events, training sessions, and projects.
• Provide technical assistance to clients.
• Coach, evaluate, provide feedback, train, and support the team.
• Track KPIs to enhance target-customer coverage, frequency, and growth.
• Back strategic messaging and marketing initiatives for the field force.
• Supply market feedback to marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development for technical training.
• Work alongside Pharmacovigilance and regulatory teams on communications and support.
• Uphold business conduct, compliance, pharmacovigilance, veterinary policies, travel and expenses, and local code standards.
• Ensure the proper execution of clinical demonstrations and maintain accurate business records.
• A Master’s degree in veterinary medicine is mandatory.
• A valid passport is required.
• A valid 4-wheeler driving license is necessary.
• Proficient in IT; capable of utilizing standard business software and communication tools.
• Strong presentation skills.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the animal health sector is preferred.
• Experience in delivering presentations to larger groups of industry KOLs and at industry events.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of multiple regional languages is a plus.
• Advanced technical and veterinary skills and knowledge.
• Familiarity with working in diagnostic laboratories is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
• Customer-centric approach with a strong service orientation.
• Exceptional capabilities in relationship management, interpersonal skills, and influence.
• Analytical thinking with robust decision-making skills based on sound information interpretation.

• Willingness to travel regularly within India (70%) and occasionally internationally.
