Field Medical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact with Key External Experts through various meetings (both in-person and virtual), as well as at congresses and advisory boards.

• Responsible for providing proactive education on disease states and engaging in reactive discussions related to product and clinical trial data.

• Offer relevant scientific, clinical, and educational assistance to both internal and external clients.

• Develop a territory plan and forge significant relationships with external communities, including professional societies.

• Assist in cross-functional medical pre-launch activities to guarantee launch readiness and uphold medical excellence.

• Actively participate in the planning and execution of educational initiatives at major scientific congresses and contribute to the development of the medical affairs congress strategy at both national and regional levels, in partnership with the medical affairs team.

• Lead and/or contribute to special projects as needed.

• Willingness to travel (up to 50%).

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, PharmD, or PhD in Life Sciences.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs is required.

• Proven experience in managing external relationships, along with a successful history of engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal; comfortable and experienced in creating and delivering presentations.

• Strong expertise in renal or immunologic diseases is preferred.

• Outstanding communication and influencing capabilities, with a knack for creative and innovative thinking.

• Must demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills.

• A team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Must reside within the assigned territory.
