Field Medical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Participate in the exchange of scientific information and provide education to healthcare professionals regarding ImmunityBio products.

• Facilitate clinical research initiatives and incorporate clinical/scientific knowledge.

• Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs).

• Present clinical and scientific information to KOLs and HCPs.

• Identify and communicate significant scientific insights from the field concerning research advancements.

• Assist in the development of relationships and interactions with professional organizations/societies and advocacy groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced medical/scientific/clinical degree (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, NP, and PA preferred) along with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare field is required.

• At least 8 years of relevant expertise in therapeutic areas, in a scientific or clinical environment, specifically in oncology, immunology, or other fields pertinent to ImmunityBio’s products and/or pipeline is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a clinical/medical science liaison or in a similar field-facing role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries is preferred.

• Experience in clinical trials is essential.

• A current valid driver's license must be possessed and maintained.

• Familiarity with treatment guidelines, clinical research procedures, FDA regulations, and OIG guidelines is preferred.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills are required.
