• Implement impactful field marketing initiatives, partner activations, and premium client experiences that enhance pipeline growth and reinforce strategic partnerships.
• Manage the complete coordination of both virtual and in-person events, which include regional gatherings, partner-led projects, and executive hospitality experiences such as engagements in NFL and MLB suites.
• Collaborate closely with sales, partner marketing, and cross-functional teams to provide seamless, high-quality experiences that facilitate pipeline generation and foster customer engagement.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation within a B2B technology setting.
• Proven experience in organizing both in-person and virtual events.
• Practical experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong background in project management.
• Ability to work effectively with sales, partners, and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Experience in supporting or executing client-facing events, hospitality programs, or executive experiences.
