• Provide consistent and detailed reporting on field marketing endeavors and outcomes, emphasizing key achievements, areas needing enhancement, and the influence on sales-qualified leads.
• Partner with the Marketing Content Development team to ensure the production of impactful and targeted content specifically aimed at demand and lead generation programs, as well as account-based marketing.
• Align regional sales and marketing priorities to establish a unified and effective go-to-market strategy that directly influences sales booking objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biotech, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in marketing.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns and manage events effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working alongside sales teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proven experience in budget management and ROI tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time.
