This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement quarterly marketing strategies aimed at driving demand and enhancing funnel velocity within the designated territory.
• Regularly engage with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and maximize overall impact.
• Plan and coordinate regional and partner events from the initial stages through to post-event follow-up, including the creation of relevant content.
• Gather, disseminate, and prioritize insights with the corporate marketing team to refine messaging, programs, and tactics.
• Collaborate with channel partners to design joint marketing initiatives and generate opportunities within their customer networks.
• Oversee and evaluate the field and partner marketing budget, assess outcomes, and drive ongoing improvements.
• Partner with Field Marketing leadership on strategic marketing projects and initiatives.
• Maintain an updated Field Marketing events calendar and support projects aimed at boosting team efficiency.
• Work in collaboration with sales and marketing leaders, team members, and alliance partners to achieve shared objectives.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B field or partner marketing.
• Experience with cloud services or security technology for mid-market clients is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong comprehension of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing strategies.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with sales leaders and teams.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, and other related tools for campaign updates and success measurement.
• Excellent skills in project management, organization, and multitasking.
• Capability to manage multiple territory plans and competing priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, along with creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to produce engaging, clear, and error-free marketing materials.
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in both German and English.
