Field Marketing Manager – Reagents & Assays

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the commercial performance, adoption, and expansion of the Reagents & Assays portfolio in the U.S.

• Responsible for efficient regional go-to-market strategies that stimulate demand.

• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to implement cohesive regional campaigns through digital platforms, events, and promotions.

• Tailor pricing and promotional approaches to align with market dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, marketing, or a related area.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in product marketing, downstream marketing, or commercial positions within life sciences, diagnostics, or related sectors.

• Proven experience in supporting product launches, executing regional go-to-market initiatives, and enabling sales.

• Ability to navigate effectively within a matrixed, cross-functional organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical skills with a readiness to interpret market data and performance indicators.
