This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies tailored for key market segments.
• Convert growth marketing initiatives into programs tailored to specific audiences.
• Enhance DataSpring’s visibility among clinicians, providers, health systems, and healthcare groups.
• Create educational materials and communication tools for providers to support attestation and reattestation processes.
• Identify and explore opportunities for thought leadership, partnerships, events, and webinars.
• Oversee the complete execution of campaigns, educational programs, digital marketing efforts, events, webinars, and partner initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-channel workstreams while managing project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Integrate field marketing initiatives into larger growth campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and briefs to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with teams across Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Brand & Web, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Analytics.
• Establish program objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and measures of success.
• Monitor reach, engagement, campaign effectiveness, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
• Conduct post-program evaluations and refine channels, messaging, and investments based on data and feedback.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, growth marketing, campaign marketing, or a similar marketing field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing programs for B2B, healthcare, or technology audiences.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams across functions.
• Experience in healthcare, health technology, data, or SaaS is highly desired.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of translating business goals into quantifiable field marketing plans.
• Outstanding project management and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient understanding of integrated marketing channels including digital, email, content, webinars, events, partnerships, and sales enablement.
• Skilled in crafting audience-centric messaging that aligns with business value.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership regarding timelines, dependencies, and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, ABM, webinar, or analytics platforms is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 35–50% of the time.
