Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation initiatives

• Take ownership of full-funnel campaign effectiveness — from initial engagement to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)

• Create and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies focused on key accounts

• Organize and manage both in-person and virtual events

• Conduct structured growth experiments across various channels, messaging, and offers

• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on campaign priorities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation marketing

• Demonstrated experience in ABM

• Strong analytical skills: adept at building attribution models, interpreting funnel metrics, and making budgetary decisions based on data

• Proficient with modern growth tools: HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce (or Dynamics)

• Background in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS is advantageous

• A strong curiosity about the industry is essential
