This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Functions as a Field Marketing specialist, engaging with agencies within the designated territory.
• Accountable for nurturing and overseeing agency relationships in a specified region.
• Tracks new binding activities and renewal retention for the assigned group of agents.
• Supplies marketing insights to agents about available product opportunities.
• Participates in consultative marketing strategies and offers comprehensive production data to educate agents.
• Addresses inquiries and employs problem-solving abilities to resolve issues for agents.
• Prepares for agency visits by scheduling appointments in advance and generating relevant reports.
• Maintains a suitable level of product knowledge to effectively train agents.
• Attends conventions and other industry events to enhance visibility among agents.
• Tasked with generating interest in conducting business with BHHC.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of seven years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Advanced Marketing and Sales Skills.
• Familiarity with insurance terminology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to organize time and resources effectively while managing multiple high-priority tasks.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
