Field Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Serves as a Field Marketing expert engaging with agencies within the designated territory.

• Responsible for nurturing and managing agency relationships.

• Tracks new binding activities as well as retention of renewals.

• Supplies agents with marketing insights regarding product opportunities.

• Establishes goals at the agency level.

• Maintains an extensive understanding of product offerings.

• Participates in consultative marketing strategies.

• Aids agents with problem resolution and correspondence.

• Organizes and prepares for agency visits.

• Recognizes potential opportunities for new business or product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.

• At least five years of related work experience.

• Advanced marketing and sales skills.

• Familiarity with insurance terminology.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
