This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Strategize, oversee, and implement field marketing initiatives throughout the Eastern region — encompassing client-facing events and conference sponsorships.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of National Field Marketing to ensure all programs align with company objectives as well as regional growth and revenue targets.
• Create, propose, and execute initiatives that enhance engagement and strengthen relationships with clients and partners in the East Region.
• Deliver program proposals, updates, and post-event summaries featuring clear metrics and actionable recommendations.
• Handle all logistical aspects of events — including venue selection, contracts, shipping, catering, AV, signage, promotional items, and communications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Partner Marketing, and BDRs to ensure effective outreach, attendance, and follow-up after events.
• Monitor and assess event metrics, pipeline impact, and sponsorship return on investment (ROI).
• Maintain the Field Marketing calendar to ensure accurate tracking and communication of all events, sponsorships, and deadlines.
• Assist with national marketing initiatives, managing logistics, sponsorship deliverables, and partner coordination as required.
• Oversee budget management, vendor invoicing, and ROI reporting with meticulous attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint for internal leadership and partner review.
• Prepare internal documentation, including event briefs, post-event summaries, and strategy statements.
• Provide proactive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of all programs, upholding Myriad’s gold standard of execution.
• Work closely with the Partner Marketing team to align sponsorship objectives, monitor partner funding, and achieve MDF utilization targets.
• Support marketing initiatives driven by partners, including co-branded events and joint activations in the Eastern region.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to confirm sponsor deliverables, approvals, and branding alignment.
• Offer strategic guidance and direction to the broader marketing team to ensure all event-related assets — such as landing pages, templates, graphics, and email communications — align with campaign objectives, partner requirements, and Myriad’s brand standards.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing team to oversee the creation and optimization of HubSpot landing pages, forms, and workflows (hands-on experience is a plus).
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure messaging, visuals, and client interactions reflect the event’s objectives and desired client experience.
• Execute all programs with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, boost efficiency, and scale regional marketing efforts.
• Maintain a high standard of execution, ensuring that each deliverable exemplifies Myriad’s quality and professionalism.
• Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Demonstrate flexibility and ownership, understanding that events may require availability beyond standard hours. Myriad promotes a flexible, trust-based work environment that balances autonomy with accountability.
• 5+ years of experience in Field, Event, or Partner Marketing (experience in the tech/VAR ecosystem is a plus).
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end event logistics and regional marketing programs successfully.
• Proficiency in Excel (for reporting, budget management, attendee tracking) and PowerPoint (for presentations and recaps).
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Trello, ChatGPT, and event management platforms (experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of event logistics, budget management, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Natural collaborative skills, able to work effectively with sales teams and partners.
• Willingness to travel 40%-50% across the Eastern region.
