This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Formulate and implement the regional marketing strategy, utilizing data and insights to enhance market engagement.
• Drive EMEA pipeline objectives through the execution of regional marketing and demand generation initiatives.
• Organize and implement targeted events, campaigns, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for key enterprise accounts in close collaboration with sales.
• Utilize demand generation efforts to bolster priority accounts and achieve regional growth targets.
• Assess programs and investments based on commercial impact and potential pipeline growth.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of the event calendar, including delivery, follow-up, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate directly with sales leadership and account teams to align on priorities, develop program strategies, and gain support.
• Convert sales priorities into actionable marketing initiatives and incorporate feedback to enhance execution and outcomes.
• Modify plans based on performance metrics, market feedback, and evolving regional requirements.
• Employ a test-and-learn methodology to continually refine program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities across various countries, industries, and segments in a dynamic environment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including pipeline contribution, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Leverage data to inform decisions, optimize programs, and direct future investments.
• Oversee budgets and timelines in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of contributing to pipeline and revenue targets.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and supporting regional marketing initiatives.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible and adept at managing changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with the capability to implement programs with moderate oversight.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
