• Facilitate marketing meetings with Loan Officers to evaluate objectives, analyze marketing approaches, and provide customized strategies to enhance the adoption of Guild’s tools and foster personal brand development.
• Perform preliminary research on each Loan Officer’s tool usage and online presence to deliver tailored recommendations.
• Mentor Loan Officers on the effective use of Guild marketing tools, systems, and best practices.
• Assist in SEO and digital visibility initiatives by guiding Loan Officers on optimizing their online presence.
• Achieve the required number of marketing sync setups weekly, which includes establishing communication rhythms, setting automated marketing series, and ensuring sustained engagement over time.
• Document marketing syncs, recording insights, objectives, action items, and assigning follow-up responsibilities as necessary.
• Provide structured marketing support for six months to all newly hired retail sales staff, including regular check-ins and tracking adoption metrics.
• Lead or assist in regional training sessions on marketing tools, systems, and comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the adoption of marketing tools across different regions to identify trends, gaps, and potential coaching opportunities.
• Leverage and teach AI tools and best practices relevant to daily marketing functions.
• Proactively communicate with regional teams regarding marketing initiatives, updates on tools, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional Vice Presidents and regional teams through consistent communication and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing Coordinators on regional social media strategies and ongoing marketing assistance.
• Organize in-person marketing activation events in conjunction with regional leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Work together with regional teams and leadership on planning events for marketing activations and branch meetings.
• Assist with special projects as directed by Field Marketing leadership.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s Degree related to the position or equivalent experience is required.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in recent marketing roles is essential.
• Prior experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is preferred.
• Proven understanding of email marketing, SEO, and social media best practices is required.
• Demonstrated copywriting skills with relevant work samples.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service within a team setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications is required.
