This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement the field marketing strategy for designated segments that align with corporate objectives, marketing goals, and sales targets.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive planning and execution of field marketing strategies and tactics.
• Create scalable and repeatable programs and processes that lead to predictable pipeline growth.
• Enhance the field marketing strategy through ROI analysis, pipeline attribution, and predictive analytics.
• Achieve measurable pipeline targets and manage conversion across segments, target accounts, and verticals.
• Optimize programs and processes to enhance conversion rates.
• Cultivate relationships with Sales, Channel, BDR, Corporate and Regional Marketing, Marketing Services, Operations, Integrated Campaigns, and Digital teams.
• Collaborate with product marketing and creative teams to develop value proposition messaging and content strategy.
• Identify and tailor sales assets to support effective campaigns and the sales motion.
• Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.
• Assist in the regional direct/channel strategy and EMEA growth marketing initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Over 7 years of experience in scaling field marketing programs within rapidly growing technology companies.
• Direct responsibility for pipeline and a proven history of surpassing revenue targets.
• Comprehensive understanding of demand generation funnels, sales processes, and revenue operations in B2B contexts.
• Capability to create digital experiences, account-based campaigns, and omnichannel strategies that extend beyond traditional events.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales leaders and the ability to discuss pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact.
• Advanced expertise in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and other data analysis tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized, with the capacity to prioritize and deliver results across multiple demand generation initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
• Readiness to travel domestically 20%-25% of the time.
