This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quarterly marketing strategies that align with the pipeline and revenue objectives of Central Europe.
• Propel demand generation across key market segments and priority accounts throughout the sales funnel.
• Ensure that marketing efforts are closely integrated with regional sales strategies and priorities.
• Execute a variety of field marketing initiatives such as executive roundtables, Chainguard-hosted events, industry conferences, webinars, and partner activations.
• Tailor and enhance global campaigns to effectively engage regional audiences, including security leaders, platform engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Utilize digital marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to boost engagement and drive pipeline results.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to pinpoint and engage Tier 1 and strategic accounts.
• Develop targeted, multi-touch campaigns that facilitate complex enterprise purchasing processes.
• Design personalized engagement strategies that help expedite opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Serve as a reliable marketing partner to Regional Directors, Sales teams, and BDRs.
• Coordinate on go-to-market priorities, territory planning, and campaign execution.
• Provide Sales with effective messaging, programs, and tools that enhance conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
• Work alongside cloud, channel, and technology partners to collaboratively create and execute joint campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Partner Sales to establish scalable go-to-market partnership opportunities in the Central Europe region.
• Expand regional outreach through strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement.
• Assist with pan-EMEA campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.
• Convey regional insights and market feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness across EMEA.
• Monitor and evaluate pipeline contributions, engagement levels, and ROI metrics.
• Leverage performance insights to continuously enhance programs and investment strategies.
• Establish scalable processes and frameworks to foster regional growth.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within the B2B technology sector (preferably in security, cloud, or developer tools).
• Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing programs across Central European markets.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Sales, SDR/BDR, Partnerships, and cross-functional teams to achieve measurable pipeline results.
• A solid understanding of the cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security landscape is highly advantageous.
• A data-driven approach with experience in utilizing marketing metrics, attribution, and insights to inform strategy and optimization.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence at various organizational levels.
• A proactive builder mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% within the region for events, partner engagement, and team collaboration.
