• Champion and convey the Autodesk mission, vision, and objectives to both customers and prospects.
• Take ownership and implement designated workstreams within the event portfolio and marketing strategy that align with Territory Sales objectives, with support from senior team members regarding the overarching strategy.
• Oversee logistics and activation for third-party sponsorships, which involves researching opportunities, coordinating benefits, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments.
• Manage Autodesk’s daily presence at industry trade shows, encompassing exhibit logistics, vendor coordination, booth experience, partner communication, and on-site execution.
• Align Autodesk Forma products with suitable industry events by correlating product features with event audiences, personas, and topic tracks to enhance relevance and engagement.
• Organize program responsibilities and cross-functional team roles using project management software.
• Assist in developing and scaling consistent event processes, best practices, and toolkits to ensure high-quality execution across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee reporting workflows for events and programs utilizing Marketo, Looker, Power BI, and Salesforce, while also contributing to post-event evaluations.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales and Marketing to deliver impactful programs promptly and within budget.
• Manage and monitor event-level budgets and assist in quarterly budget reconciliation.
• Participate in special project teams or ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Over 5 years of experience in event/experiential marketing, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Preferably possesses experience in a SaaS company.
• Experience supporting trade shows, including managing exhibit assets, vendor coordination, partner logistics, and on-site staffing.
• Familiarity with third-party sponsorship initiatives, encompassing evaluation, selection, and on-site activation.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to support initiatives that raise awareness, generate quality engagement, and promote product adoption.
• Knowledge of high-touch or executive hospitality events.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and willing to learn tools such as Marketo, Airtable, Salesforce, and online registration platforms.
