Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Acquire deep knowledge of Akamai's Cloud Computing and AI strategies while coordinating marketing initiatives with India's sales leadership to achieve impactful results.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for cloud and AI that focuses on acquiring, nurturing, and converting high-quality leads into a qualified sales pipeline.

• Concentrate on demand generation within India's digital natives, e-commerce, and enterprise technology sectors, highlighting AI-driven transformation use cases.

• Oversee integrated campaigns that encompass digital marketing, field events, executive roundtables, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeted at strategic accounts.

• Create and package sales-led demand programs aimed at accelerating mid-funnel and late-stage pipeline, including experiential and CXO engagement initiatives.

• Collaborate with global and APJ teams to tailor messaging and campaigns for the Indian market while optimizing the marketing funnel and aligning priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.

• Have over 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a demonstrated history of pipeline generation and demand acceleration.

• Exhibit proficiency in multi-channel demand generation across digital platforms, events, ABM strategies, and partner-driven initiatives.

• Understand trends in the AI ecosystem, including LLMs, AI agents, GenAI applications, and infrastructure; utilize tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini effectively.

• Show analytical expertise with a focus on data-driven campaign enhancement and performance evaluation using Salesforce.com and marketing technology tools.

• Function effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the flexibility to travel within India as necessary.
