This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take charge of the comprehensive APAC field marketing strategy and execution plan, aligned with regional pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the APAC sales team to establish robust communication and processes between marketing and revenue teams.
• Identify, strategize, and implement a diverse array of regional marketing initiatives, which include executive roundtables, VIP dinners, trade shows, owned events, partner activations, webinars, and targeted account-based campaigns.
• Create localized messaging and content in conjunction with the sales team, ensuring campaigns resonate with APAC buyers across key sub-regions.
• Continuously assess, manage, and make necessary adjustments to campaign effectiveness, focusing on lead generation performance, lead conversion rates, and sales cycle conversions — tracking both sourced and influenced pipeline in collaboration with Marketing Ops.
• Expand and refine strategy based on insights and analysis of sales and marketing data, both internally gathered and based on available industry benchmarks.
• Enhance Synthesia's visibility and credibility throughout APAC by strategically selecting events, engaging in thought leadership activities, and crafting local narratives.
• Cultivate relationships with local agencies, venues, key industry communities, partner organizations, and associations within the region.
• Travel throughout the APAC region to attend and organize events; willingness to travel as required is essential.
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in SaaS or a rapidly growing tech environment.
• Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline and revenue through field marketing or demand generation initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of the APAC market, including key verticals, event landscapes, and buyer behaviors across sub-regions.
• Experience in executing integrated, multi-touch campaigns across both online and offline channels.
• Strong background in collaborating directly with Sales and Revenue teams, including enabling sales teams across multiple sub-regions.
• Familiarity with pipeline attribution and reporting, including tracking sourced versus influenced pipeline.
• Established regional network across APAC; residing in the region with practical local market experience.
• Fluent in English is required; proficiency in additional APAC languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa, Korean) is a significant advantage.
