This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will oversee Dispatch's field marketing program from start to finish.
• You will manage industry conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, and custom events comprehensively: including logistics, vendor management, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution.
• You will ensure that numerous moving elements stay organized across simultaneous programs.
• You will collaborate closely with Sales to create programs that target C-suite enterprise buyers and transform engagement into pipeline opportunities.
• You will evaluate every program based on pipeline impact and expenditures, subsequently reporting outcomes and insights to marketing leadership.
• You will coordinate the field calendar with demand generation, branding, and the VP to ensure alignment of priorities, budgets, and timelines.
• 4–6 years of experience in field or event marketing within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Proven success in marketing to C-suite enterprise buyers through extensive, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Hands-on experience managing events from inception to completion.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment — preferably Series B or earlier, or with fewer than 100 employees at the time of joining.
• Knowledge of wealth management or financial advisory is not necessary.
