Field Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement more than 80 conferences, trade shows, and industry events each year.

• Handle event registrations, sponsorship obligations, and logistics for speaking engagements.

• Prepare and submit speaking proposals, session abstracts, and event materials for company executives, including the CEO, COO, and VP of Sales.

• Organize customer dinners, happy hours, and VIP networking events around major conferences.

• Cultivate relationships with warehousing and shipping partners to guarantee timely arrival of event materials.

• Manage return shipping, inventory oversight, and event logistics following conferences.

• Maintain a centralized tracking system for conferences, attendees, timelines, and coverage gaps.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership on booth engagement strategies and planning for event success.

• Develop and manage Salesforce campaigns for all field marketing initiatives.

• Upload and structure attendee and registration lists in Salesforce and Mobly.

• Ensure accurate tracking, routing, and synchronization of leads between Mobly and Salesforce.

• Assist in the planning of company events such as Revenue Kickoff and semi-annual Sales QBRs.

• Facilitate post-event reporting and operational follow-up processes.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role.

• Proficient in Salesforce.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Comfortable collaborating across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for conferences and company events.
