Field Marketing Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote and distribute Alani products at assigned events, trade shows, festivals, and busy locations.

• Engage with consumers to explain product advantages and unique selling propositions.

• Provide samples and foster positive consumer experiences to encourage product trial.

• Embody the brand’s values, character, and mission.

• Adhere to brand dress code and cultivate relationships with consumers and potential brand advocates.

• Address product inquiries and effectively handle consumer objections.

• Ensure the branded sampling vehicle is well-maintained and visually appealing.

• Assist in planning and executing promotional events.

• Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, sales colleagues, and team members.

• Oversee inventory and supplies at storage facilities and events.

• Collect customer feedback and market insights.

• Document and report activation data after each shift.

• Support national brand marketing goals to promote trial, enhance usage, increase awareness, strengthen brand image, and stimulate word-of-mouth marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Willingness and adaptability to meet changing business demands and deadlines.

• Clean driving history.

• Valid state driver’s license and MVR check required.

• Capability to stand for prolonged periods.

• Ability to consistently lift 25 lbs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, sociable, and approachable personality.

• Strong organizational skills for managing event logistics and supplies.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must attend and actively engage in 1–2 team meetings monthly.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in promotional events, customer service, or as a brand ambassador is advantageous.

• Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
