This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to comprehend territory priorities and suggest field marketing strategies that aid in pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and account engagement.
• Implement integrated, multi-channel field marketing initiatives, which encompass webinars, virtual events, in-person gatherings, direct mail, and various engagement activities aimed at generating demand and facilitating pipeline growth.
• Apply account-based marketing best practices, intent data, anonymous web behavior insights, and marketing technologies to pinpoint high-priority accounts and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Utilize martech and AI-driven tools to enhance personalized outreach, campaign execution, event logistics, and workflow efficiency.
• Track campaign, pipeline, and program performance metrics, including opportunity creation, conversion trends, engagement, and overall business impact, and relay insights to stakeholders to improve future initiatives.
• Assist in sales enablement by supplying campaign insights, customer stories, proof points, and marketing materials that facilitate opportunity advancement and bolster account engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Communications, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment, message consistency, and effective execution across channels.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with regional sales stakeholders to synchronize marketing efforts with business priorities and maintain effective communication regarding program performance and opportunities.
• Enable meaningful customer and prospect engagement through field events, executive programs, and other relationship-building activities where direct interaction is essential for success.
• Observe customer engagement activities and relay potential expansion opportunities and account insights to sales partners when appropriate.
• Keep track of brand, community, and audience engagement trends and share insights that contribute to the development of future marketing programs and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing, focusing on Field Marketing, Demand Generation, campaign development, and execution.
• Proven experience in supporting pipeline development through regional, vertical, or account-based marketing programs.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills in campaign execution and operational challenges within a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS go-to-market motions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and other stakeholders to implement integrated marketing programs.
• Proficient knowledge of marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, with the ability to analyze campaign and funnel performance metrics to inform decision-making and program optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow efficiency, assist with campaign execution, and refine marketing or outreach content.
• Excellent project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
